A queue everyone can see.
Every patient's stage, from reception to optometry to the doctor, is on one board. Reception knows who is next and patients are called in order.
For eye hospitals and eye clinics
From the token at reception to the last post-op review: refraction, biometry, the prescription with spectacle power, cataract counselling, the OT, the pharmacy and the bill, all on one patient record. Your OPD moves faster and nothing slips between rooms.

Built around the busy eye OPD
Built with what eye surgeons, optometrists and front-desk teams need on a full OPD morning, so every desk runs smoothly.
Every patient's stage, from reception to optometry to the doctor, is on one board. Reception knows who is next and patients are called in order.
The optometrist saves the work-up as a draft. The doctor opens the same sheet, completes it and signs off. Nothing is copied twice.
An advised surgery goes straight to the counselling desk, with calls, follow-up dates and consent tracked until it is booked.
IOL power, brand and model, and serial number are recorded during surgery, and pre-authorisations and claims are tracked in one place.
Drops, injections and OT consumables are tracked batch by batch, so the earliest expiry is used before newer stock.
The counter keeps billing through an outage, and the bills come back into SuperDoc when the connection returns.
A patient's journey
Follow one cataract patient through a day at a hospital running SuperDoc. Each step shows what that desk sees in SuperDoc, illustrated with sample data.
Registered once, with one patient ID for every visit and every branch. Each patient gets a token, the next one is called aloud in the waiting hall by token, name and room, and reception sees who is with the optometrist and who is with the doctor.

The optometrist records visual acuity, auto refractometer, retinoscopy and acceptance for each eye, and the IOP with earlier readings beside it. It is saved as a draft for the doctor.

The doctor opens the optometrist's draft, adds the examination and diagnosis, and writes the prescription: eye drops with the eye they are for, the spectacle power, advice and the next visit. Then signs off.
On the clinical side, AI helps fill the case sheet, so the doctor looks at the patient.

℞
A-scan, OCT and visual field results come back to the same visit. Biometry records axial length, keratometry, AC depth and lens thickness, with the formula, target refraction and recommended IOL.

The patient appears at the counselling desk the moment the case sheet is saved. The counsellor explains the options, logs each call and meeting, schedules follow-ups, manages consent and books the surgery.
Each operation is a surgery episode: pre-op, intra-op and post-op. The ophthalmology operation note records the eye, the steps, the incision and the IOL details, with the WHO safety checklist and the OT team.

The pharmacy dispenses from the prescription. The bill carries every service with GST, advances and payments by cash, card or UPI. Insured patients' pre-authorisations and claims are tracked to settlement.

Day one, week one and month one reviews open the same record, with the operation note, the IOL and every earlier reading. The patient's whole history with your hospital is one click away.

For the owner
Revenue, collections, outstanding bills, insurance claims and surgeries, for one centre or all of them. You do not need to be in the building to know your hospital.

Everything included

We train every desk on your own way of working, stay with you after go-live, and our support team is available 24×7, so every question is answered quickly.
